Dr. Payne-Napper joined Otolaryngology Associates and Advanced Hearing Services in 2021. She earned her B.S. in Speech Pathology and Audiology in 1990 and her M.Ed. in Audiology in 1992 from James Madison University. She earned her doctorate degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry (currently Salus University) in 2007. Her clinical experience includes audiologic evaluation throughout the lifespan and vestibular evaluation. Dr. Payne-Napper is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
